These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by ATG Cleaning Services Ltd (“ATG”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

1. Bookings & Payment Terms
• All bookings are considered provisional until full payment has been received or alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.
• Full payment is required in advance unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• Payment is accepted via bank transfer (preferred), with details provided on quotes/invoices.
• Invoices must be paid within the timeframe stated. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation, interest charges, and legal recovery.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Cancellations must be made in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled service to avoid charges.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will require full and complete payment.
• Emergency callouts and callouts are fully payable and non-refundable once a team is dispatched or in transit.
• ATG reserves the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, safety concerns, or staff illness.

3. Scope of Work
• All services will be carried out as per the quote and job specification provided. Additional works not included in the original quote will be charged separately.
• Photos or videos may be taken before and after the work for documentation, insurance, and health & safety purposes. These will never be shared publicly without permission.
• We reserve the right to refuse or halt work where there is a risk to health and safety that cannot be reasonably managed.

4. Waste Disposal
• We are a registered Upper Tier Waste Carrier and dispose of all waste legally and responsibly.
• Hazardous, biohazardous, or clinical waste will be transported and processed in line with UK regulations.
• Waste disposal charges will be outlined in your quote or invoice. Additional costs may apply if waste volumes exceed the original estimate.

5. Client Responsibilities
• The client is responsible for ensuring safe and legal access to the property at the agreed time.
• The client must inform us of any known hazards, structural issues, or previous contamination (e.g. asbestos, sharps).
• Where applicable, utilities (water/electricity) should be made available to support cleaning.

6. Insurance & Liability
• We are fully insured for public liability and professional indemnity, including cover for hazardous environments.
• While every care is taken to avoid damage, ATG Cleaning Services Ltd is not liable for pre-existing structural issues, hidden contamination, or undisclosed hazards.
• We are not liable for loss or damage to items left on site unless agreed in advance for collection, recovery, or protection.

7. Confidentiality & Conduct
• We operate with the utmost discretion, compassion, and confidentiality, especially in sensitive or trauma-related cleanups.
• All personal or sensitive information is handled in accordance with data protection regulations (UK GDPR).

8. Force Majeure
• We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance where such failure arises from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, illness, acts of God, or civil unrest.

11. Refunds & Final Agreement
• All quotes accepted and paid for by the client are considered final. No refunds will be issued once payment has been made and the booking confirmed.
